Standard operation and maintenance are also particularly important.

An incubator shaker (or hot shaker) can be thought of as a hybrid of an incubator and a shaker. It is able to be shaken while maintaining optimal conditions to cultivate microorganisms or DNA replication. The device is very useful because in order for the cells to grow, it requires oxygen and nutrients that need to be shaken so that they can be evenly distributed around the culture. Safe operation of laboratory shaker

When using the laboratory shaker, please follow the safe operation instructions of the laboratory shaker before, during and after installation to avoid unnecessary equipment failures. For the safe operation of the device, follow the following requirements:

1. Use environment:

Please ensure that the indoor temperature range is 18 ° C? Between 34℃, and the relative humidity is as high as 90%

Place the shaker on a horizontal table or work surface that can support the weight of the shaker and all associated components

Third, equipment leveling:

The equipment is properly levelled by placing the bubble level on the drive bearing housing at the top of the center

Four, power supply voltage:

Before using the device, ensure that the local power supply voltage meets requirements. You are advised to connect the device to a power supply with ground protection

5. Component installation:

The installation of the flask fixture is done by securing the base of the fixture to the platform using the correct type and number of screws


Standard operation:

1. When the shaking table is rotating at high speed, in order to avoid large vibration of the instrument, the culture reagent bottle should be placed symmetrically on the shaking table, and the culture liquid of each bottle should be roughly equal.

2, please firmly fix the sample on the shaking table, to ensure that the shaking table work, the sample will not shake violently before leaving.

3. During the sampling process, if the sample is found to be missing (including the drop of the plug), the main power supply should be turned off, and the debris should be removed with tweezers as much as possible. If necessary, some parts should be removed for cleaning.

4. It is forbidden to put the tube frame made of plastic foam into the shaking table, so as not to inhale the foam particles into the fan rotating shaft, causing the fan to overheat and burn!

5. When taking out the sample, turn off the power or set the speed to zero.

Maintenance:

1, the surface of the instrument should be scrubbed frequently to keep clean, scrubbing should avoid the side of the instrument control box, so as to avoid water dripping into the instrument and damage the instrument.

2, when the instrument is often used, an appropriate amount of grease should be added every few months, and regularly check whether the fuse box, control components and the fastening screws are loose.

3, after long-term use, when the instrument fails, it should be repaired by professional maintenance personnel and cannot be easily disassembled.

4, when the shaking table is not used for a long time, especially in the rainy season or wet season, it should be regularly (every month) energized to run 5-8h to remove the moisture adsorbed by the electrical components of the equipment.
