Terms of Sale

The Customer is obligated to comply with the following transaction terms while accepting the order and delivery of the goods. Before you place an order or accept delivery from Taifan, please read the following terms carefully:
1. The price of the goods ordered is subject to the online price at the time of your order.
2. Please fill in your real name, shipping address and contact information clearly and accurately. Taifan will not be liable for any delay or inability to deliver an order due to the following circumstances:
A) The customer provides incorrect information and incomplete address;
B) the costs and related consequences of repeated delivery caused by the delivery of the goods without a signature;
C) Force majeure, such as: natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.
3. Inspect the goods
A) At the time of delivery, the customer shall check whether the whole outer packing of the product (that is, the large packing) is intact and firm. When the customer receives the product, it finds the lack, damage, pollution, abnormity, etc., or has other circumstances that do not comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, it should be put forward to Taifan. Otherwise, it is deemed that the customer recognizes that the overall FCL outer packaging (that is, large packaging) of the products provided by Taifan is qualified. After the customer received the goods put forward, too where not recognized.
B) The customer shall, within three days after receiving the goods, inspect whether the internal packaging is missing, damaged, contaminated, deformed, etc. If such situation exists, the customer shall immediately notify Taifan, and the internal packaging of the product shall be deemed qualified if it is not submitted within the time limit. The case will be handled according to the circumstances.
4. Security: Whether you order goods by phone or online, we will ensure the security of transaction information
5. Privacy: We respect your right to privacy, and under no circumstances will we sell or disclose your personal and order information to any third party (except for national judicial authorities). All customer information we receive on the website or by telephone is used only to process your relevant order.
6. Disclaimer: If the sales system of Taifan crashes or cannot be used normally due to force majeure or other reasons beyond Taifan's control, resulting in the failure to complete online transactions or the loss of relevant information and records, Taifan will assist as reasonably as possible to deal with the aftermath and strive to prevent customers from economic losses.
7. Dispute handling: If any dispute arises between the Customer and Taifan, it can be resolved in accordance with the agreement and relevant laws agreed by the parties at the time.
